Sacred Sound Immersion with Brian Alan

In a group (or individual) Sound Healing session, an integrated combination of Sacred Instruments will be used to facilitate relaxation, peace, and well-being…enhancing One's outlook and general state of consciousness by harmonizing the body, mind, emotions, and spirit back to their natural state of balance: Sound Body - Sound Mind - Sound Emotions - Sound Spirit!

Instruments that may be used: Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls(432Hz.); Gongs & Chinese Cymbals; Tibetan Singing Bowls & Bell; Chimes & Tuning Fork; Drums, Rattles, & Rain Stick; Crystal Pyramid; and Vocal Toning and/or Chanting.

*Most people prefer to be lying down during a Sound Therapy Session; hence, if this applies to you, please do bring a yoga mat or other suitable base to lay on as well as a blanket and/or pillow, depending on your particular comfort needs.
